The world's only plant-based vanilla marshmallow panned in dark chocolate and sugar-shelled, by Freedom Mallow Gems (and they said it couldn't done…)! Technically, these delicious treats are an incredibly difficult feat, considering they're made by applying boiling sugar onto a delicate vegan chocolate-coated mallow. That's one of the many reasons Freedom won 'Innovation of the Year Award 2024' in the Confectionary Awards for these special goodies. Think M&M but with a mallow centre. You've simply got to try them!

Ingredients: Marshmallows (27%) (glucose-fructose syrup (from wheat), sugar beet, water, corn starch, dextrose, thickener (carrageenan), hydrolyzed rice protein, natural vanilla flavouring, colouring (e162)), Cocoa Mass, Thickener (gum arabic), Cocoa Butter, Rice Starch, Food Colouring (concentrate of spirulina, sweet potato, carthamus) Glazing Agent (carnuba wax), Baking Soda, Glucose Syrup, Acidifier (citric acid).

Cocoa: 50% minimum dark chocolate.
