If you're waiting on an order from us, here's how you can track it:
Please go directly to the courier website and copy/paste the tracking number provided in the email we sent you after your order was dispatched. See below for examples of tracking numbers for each courier:

We are an e-comm business, without a storefront. We ship Canada-wide via Canada Post, Canpar, GLS, Purolator and UPS.
Shipping
Courier-calculated rates will show for your address at check-out, as well as any free or flat-rate shipping you are eligible for. Please choose the one that suits you best, as we won't be able to change it for you once your order is placed. Orders are dispatched within 5-7 business days of receipt.
Please note: We no longer ship with ice packs. Many of our products come in compostable packaging, and to prevent them from getting destroyed by melting gel packs, we need to protect everything in plastic, and we can't come to terms with the overall excessive packaging. If there is a temperature spike, we will hold orders until the weather cools again. Please check your local weather forecast when placing your order.

We have local pick-up options for folk in the Lower Mainland area. Place your order online for pick-up at the following locations:

Monday, March 31, and Tuesday, April 1, from 9:30 AM – 4 PM. Deadline to order: Wednesday, March 26 at 11:59 PM.

Little Vegan Treats Warehouse

*Per our Terms & Conditions, please note that unclaimed orders will be treated as refunds, and thus, the purchase fee will be refunded minus our delivery costs, seasonal items and a 10% restocking fee. Please only choose this option if you can make the pick-up window.
