Delivery Info
Our processing time is 5-7 business days, prior to handing your order over to a courier. Often we are able to dispatch more quickly, but please bear processing time, plus transit time, in mind when placing an order. If you're waiting on an order from us, you can check the status of it any time in "My Account", found at the footer of the site.
Once your order has been processed, you will automatically receive a tracking number though our shipping platform ClickShip (don't forget to check your spam/junk folder!). Tracking info may not be immediately available, as you will receive an email as soon as the shipping label has been created, but our couriers do not pick up every day.
We are an e-comm business, with no storefront. We ship Canada-wide from the Fraser Valley, BC via Canpar, GLS, Purolator, UPS and FedEx.
WE CANNOT SHIP TO P.O. BOXES DURING THE CANADA POST STRIKE.
Shipping
Shipping costs are at an all-time high. Flat-rate shipping options are calculated at the actual average cost of shipping to your area. We also offer Reduced Flat-Rate and Free Shipping, dependent on your order sub-total (before taxes and after any discounts). All shipping options available to your area will show at check-out. Please choose the one that suits you best, as we won't be able to change it for you once your order is placed! Orders are handed over to a courier within 5-7 business days.
Please note: We no longer ship with ice packs. Many of our products come in compostable packaging, and to prevent them from getting destroyed by melting gel packs, we need to protect everything in plastic, and we can't come to terms with the overall excessive packaging. Please check your local weather forecast when placing your order. If your parcel arrives during a warm period, we advise you to put the entire box somewhere cool before opening your goodies to help any softened chocolate maintain shape. Chocolate that has had rapid changes in temperature may discolor, but will be perfectly safe to eat (and still delish. We’ve extensively tested these claims 😜).

We have occasional local pick-up options for folks in the Lower Mainland & Fraser Valley area.
