Shipping & Delivery Info

Our processing time is 5-7 business days, prior to handing your order over to a courier. Often we are able to dispatch more quickly, but please bear processing time, plus transit time, in mind when placing an order. If you're waiting on an order from us, you can check the status of it any time in "My Account", found at the footer of the site.

Once your order has been processed, you will automatically receive a tracking number though our shipping platform ClickShip (don't forget to check your spam/junk folder!). Tracking info may not be immediately available, as you will receive an email as soon as the shipping label has been created, but our couriers do not pick up every day.

PLEASE TRACK YOUR PARCEL! This is important, to be prepared to receive it and also in case of a missed delivery. Little Vegan Treats cannot be held responsible for unclaimed/returned parcels.

We are an e-comm business, with no storefront. We ship Canada-wide from the Fraser Valley, BC via Canada Post, Canpar, GLS, Purolator, UPS and FedEx.

WE CANNOT SHIP TO P.O. BOXES DURING CANADA POST STRIKES.

This IS an in-person shopping event! We'll have a visit from the Easter Bunny, plus special guests, Veg Out Food Truck! Deadline to place order for pick up: Sunday March 29.

This is the only pick-up event before Easter - there will not be any other location pick-ups!

Group Shipping

With our Group Shipping program, you and your friends can get free shipping by having your treats delivered to one address. Gather as few or as many as you want – we just require that the collective order be at least $150 in total* for your group order to qualify. *after discounts & before tax To place a Group Shipping order, please email: groups@littlevegantreats.com to register your group and get your coupon code for checkout. Here’s how it works: 1. Nominate a member of your group to receive the package. Their address will be the one to use at checkout. 2. Each member completes their order individually, using a discount code at checkout that we will allocate to you to ensure free shipping is applied. 3. Once we receive orders and payment* from each member of your group, we will ship your treats to the allocated addressee! *Please note that we require full payment from each participant before we can finalize your order. Incomplete orders or orders that collectively fail to meet the minimum $150 requirement will be cancelled and reimbursed, minus 10% for transaction & restocking fees.
