Ombar keeps their cacao unroasted to preserve the heat-sensitive polyphenols (healthy plant compounds), ensuring their chocolate stays nutrient-rich and full of flavour, as nature intended.

Unroasted Cacao: The finest Ecuadorian cacao, unroasted to preserve the true flavour of cacao and antioxidant rich polyphenols.

Super Ethical: We only source cacao from cooperatives owned by farmers growing a variety of crops, never large monoculture plantations. Plus, we always pay above Fair Trade prices.
All Organic Ingredients: Our organic coconut comes from tropical island of Mindanao in The Philippines. These small producers place special emphasis on recruiting and empowering women and local indigenous communities
