Single slice? Nah, take the whole loaf! To Live For’s Lemon Loaf with Coconut & Poppyseeds is a result of determination! It took several attempts to perfect the loaf’s irresistible texture, but it was well worth the wait. Flavourful coconut milk forms a dense batter, with small, yellow “crunch balls” (millet!) dispersed throughout the crumb. Finally, the loaf is soaked in lemon juice, resulting in a treat that is creamy and tangy at the same time!

Can make 8-11 slices, depending on how you slice it.
